1) If your new product is missing a piece(s) from the box please contact us on our contact page https://www.happypuzzle.co.uk/contact 

    If you scroll to the bottom of that page you can fill in the form choosing the reason for contact as Missing Or Replacement Pieces. 

2) If your piece(s) has been lost and you wish to order a replacement piece(s) please see below.

 

Your replacement piece(s) will arrive within 5 – 7 working days (UK) for international shipping this will take a little longer.   

Terms & Conditions - If we are unable to supply any piece, we will contact your directly. We may need to share your name and address with the supplier to enable them to post the replacement directly to you.
